Welcome

Welcome to Holy Trinity Sloane Square, right at the heart of London, with prayer right at its heart. The former Poet Laureate Sir John Betjeman called Holy Trinity Church the ‘Cathedral of the Arts & Crafts Movement’, and that indeed is what it is, containing treasures by William Morris and Edward Burne-Jones among many others. But first and foremost it is a house of prayer, the dwelling-place of God.

Of far more significance than the building itself is the living church of people, local and visiting, who daily use the building for prayer and worship.

Holy Trinity has now been joined by the parish of St Saviour's Upper Chelsea. St Saviour's Church has a variety of dynamic spaces for worship, performances, exhibitions, workshops and meetings. You can visit the website of St Saviour's by clicking here. You can also learn about the mission of St Saviour's, Intermission Youth Theatre by clicking here and Intermission Theatre by clicking here.

As well as being a member of the Church of England in the Diocese of London and the worldwide Anglican Communion, Holy Trinity is open all day and everyday for everyone of whatever religion and none, with prayer at its heart.

Click here to follow the services for Morning and Evening Prayer as practised daily in Holy Trinity Church.

In these pages you will find details of our services, teaching and educational programmes, the history and foundation of our parish, its Arts & Crafts heritage, as well as news of events and resources (including sermons, articles, and our parish magazine) for you to download.

Welcome to Holy Trinity.
