“You cannot educate, you cannot civilise man, unless you give him a share in art.”
William Morris |
|
The Trinity Arts & Crafts Guild, like the church, is inspired by the Arts & Crafts Movement, and provides a focal point for people interested or involved in creativity.
The Guild is an integral part of the church which was called the ‘Cathedral of the Arts & Crafts Movement’ by John Betjeman. The Guild gives space to artists and craftsmen to exhibit and sell their work. It organises lectures, discussions and concerts as ways of exploring the relationship between Faith and the Arts.
