Lent Course

Facing the Darkness and Finding the Light
Based on the book by David Winter published by BRF, price £6.99
Devised and Led by The Revd Rob Gillion & The Revd Graham Rainford

Where does evil come from? Why is it present in the world and within our own lives? Why do the innocent suffer and - too often - the powerful prevail? If there is a God and he is good, why is the world that he created constantly marred by conflict, war and natural disaster? Such huge questions, with which humanity has grappled since the very beginning, lie at the heart of Revelation, that mesmerising and often puzzling book of the Bible.

Wednesdays 29th February, 7th March, 14th March, 21st March

The sessions will begin at 7.15pm after the evening Eucharist, and conclude by 8.30pm at the latest. Refreshments will be available.

The course book is available to order from the bookstall.
